Walking
If you're starting from the downtown area of Ely, head north on E Sheridan St toward N 1st Ave. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with N Pioneer Rd. Turn left onto N Pioneer Rd. Follow N Pioneer Rd for about 0.5 miles. The Ely Arts & Heritage Center at Pioneer Mine will be on your right at 401 N Pioneer Rd. Look for the historic mining structures and signage indicating the center.

From downtown Ely, rent a bike if you haven't already. Start by heading north on E Sheridan St toward N 1st Ave. Continue straight until you reach N Pioneer Rd. Turn left onto N Pioneer Rd and bike along this road. It's a scenic ride of about 0.5 miles. Keep an eye out for the Ely Arts & Heritage Center at Pioneer Mine on your right, just past the intersection with E 4th St.

Check the local bus schedule for any available routes heading toward Pioneer Mine. If there is a bus stop nearby, board the bus heading toward the north side of Ely. Once you reach the stop closest to N Pioneer Rd, disembark and walk approximately 0.2 miles to the east along N Pioneer Rd. The Ely Arts & Heritage Center at Pioneer Mine will be on your left.
