Car
From anywhere in the Iron Range, take MN-169 N toward Soudan. Continue on MN-169 N for approximately 30 miles. As you approach Soudan, take the exit for MN-135 S. Turn left onto MN-135 S, then after about 1 mile, turn right onto McKinley Park Rd. Follow McKinley Park Rd for about 0.5 miles, and you will arrive at the Lake Vermilion-Soudan Underground Mine State Park located at 1302 McKinley Park Rd, Soudan, MN 55782. Note that there is a parking fee of $7 per vehicle for day use.
