To reach The Duluth and Iron Range Depot Museum from any point in Superior National Forest, start by locating MN-61. Depending on your starting point, you can access MN-61 from various forest roads. Head south on MN-61 toward Two Harbors. Continue on MN-61 for approximately 30 miles. As you approach Two Harbors, look for the exit onto South Avenue (MN-2). Turn left onto South Avenue. The museum will be on your left at 520 South Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616. There is free parking available at the museum.

If you are using public transportation, you will first need to reach the nearest bus terminal that connects you to the Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) bus system. From Superior National Forest, check for any local shuttle services that may bring you to Duluth. Once in Duluth, take the DTA Route 5 bus heading toward Two Harbors.
