Getting There

• Public Transport

  From downtown Jackson, head to the Jackson Transit Center located at 1000 West Capitol Street. Take the Route 4 bus towards the North Park Mall. Ride for about 30 minutes and get off at the stop closest to the intersection of North State Street and East Northside Drive. From there, transfer to the Route 12 bus heading north. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the stop for the Jackson Airport. From there, you can catch a shuttle service that goes directly to Jenny Lake, which is around a 10-minute drive from the airport.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in downtown Jackson. Start at the Mississippi State Capitol and head north on State Street. Continue for about 4 miles until you reach East Northside Drive. Turn left and follow the road until you reach the intersection with North State Street. Jenny Lake is located a short distance from this intersection. Make sure to follow local bike lanes and traffic rules for safety.

• Walking

  If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from the Mississippi State Capitol. Head north on State Street for approximately 2 miles until you reach East Northside Drive. Turn left and walk for another 2 miles, passing by local shops and restaurants. When you reach the intersection with North State Street, continue walking straight. Jenny Lake will be on your right after about 10 minutes of walking.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  For a more direct route, consider using a taxi or rideshare service. You can call for a taxi from any local hotel or use an app like Uber or Lyft. Simply enter 'Jenny Lake, Wyoming 83414' as your destination. The driver will navigate directly to the lake, and you can enjoy the scenic views along the way. This option is recommended for convenience, especially if you have luggage or prefer not to navigate public transport.
