From downtown Jackson, walk to the nearest bus stop on Capitol Street. Catch the JTRAN bus #5, which heads towards Northside Drive. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Northside Drive and East Northside Drive. From there, walk east on East Northside Drive for about 0.3 miles until you reach Presidential Hills Park. The park will be on your right.
