From downtown Jackson, walk to the nearest bus stop on Capitol Street. Catch the JTRAN bus #5, which heads towards Northside Drive. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Northside Drive and East Northside Drive. From there, walk east on East Northside Drive for about 0.3 miles until you reach Presidential Hills Park. The park will be on your right.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing service. Start at the Jackson Convention Center and take East Pascagoula Street heading east. Continue for about 1 mile, then turn right onto Northside Drive. Follow Northside Drive for another mile until you reach the entrance of Presidential Hills Park on your left.

If you are close enough to walk, start from the Jackson City Hall located at 219 S President St. Head north on South President Street, then take a left onto East Capitol Street. Continue walking for about half a mile, then turn right onto Northside Drive. Walk north on Northside Drive for about 1 mile until you reach Presidential Hills Park on your left.
