    From anywhere in Black River Basin, head south on MO-21. Drive for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the intersection with MO-72. Continue on MO-21 for another 5 minutes. Elephant Rocks State Park will be on your left at 7390, 7406 MO-21, Belleview, MO 63623. Look for the park entrance sign, and be prepared to pay a small parking fee, if applicable.
