Walking
If you're starting from the Joplin City Hall, head east on 4th St towards S Main St. Turn left onto S Main St and continue for about 1 mile. You will then turn right onto McClelland Park Rd. Follow McClelland Park Rd until you reach the entrance of McClelland Park, which will be on your left.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Joplin Public Library, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the Route 4 bus towards the Joplin Regional Airport. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the McClelland Park stop. From there, it's just a short walk to the park entrance.
Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, start at the Joplin Greenway Trail entrance near 20th St and S Main St. Follow the trail north until you reach 7th St. Turn left onto 7th St and continue until you reach S Main St. Turn right and continue for about half a mile until you reach McClelland Park Rd. Turn left on McClelland Park Rd and follow it to the park entrance.
