If you are in downtown Joplin, start at the intersection of Main St and 7th St. Head east on 7th St until you reach the intersection with Virginia Ave. Turn left onto Virginia Ave and continue walking north. Follow Virginia Ave until it merges into Riviera Dr. Continue walking on Riviera Dr until you see the entrance to Wildcat Glades Conservation & Audubon Center on your right at 201 Riviera Dr. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.

If you prefer to bicycle, start from the Joplin Public Library located at 300 S Main St. Head south on Main St until you reach the intersection with 4th St. Turn left on 4th St and continue until you reach the intersection with Virginia Ave. Turn right onto Virginia Ave and follow it north as it merges into Riviera Dr. Continue on Riviera Dr until you arrive at Wildcat Glades Conservation & Audubon Center, which will be on your right at 201 Riviera Dr. This route is approximately 2.5 miles and should take around 15-20 minutes.

To reach Wildcat Glades Conservation & Audubon Center via public transport, take the Joplin City bus from the nearest bus stop at 7th St and Main St. Board the bus heading toward the North Joplin route.
