    From the Joplin Public Library, walk west on E 4th St toward S Main St for about 0.5 miles. Turn left onto S Main St and walk for 0.2 miles, then turn right onto W 7th St. The Spiva Center for the Arts will be on your left at 212 W 7th St. There are no costs associated with walking.

  • Public Transport

    If you are near a Joplin Transit bus stop, take Route 1 towards North Park Mall. Get off at the 7th Street & Main stop. From there, walk west on 7th Street for about 0.2 miles. Spiva Center for the Arts will be on your left. A single ride fare is $1.25.

    Visitor parking is located on the west side of the building off Wall Ave, or via street parking on Wall Ave or 8th Street. Parking is free.
