Start from the center of Kirksville, where you can find the Adair County Courthouse at 106 W Washington St. Head south on S Franklin St for a short distance until you reach E Washington St. Turn right onto E Washington St and continue walking until you reach S Halliburton St. Turn left onto S Halliburton St and follow it until you reach E Normal Ave. Turn right on E Normal Ave and continue until you hit S Osteopathy St. From here, turn left and walk until you reach the intersection with E 3rd St. Here, continue straight until you reach the large park area. You will want to go towards the edge of the park where the trail begins. Follow the trail as it leads south, eventually curving towards the east. After about a mile, look for Rainbow Basin Trail which leads directly to West Winery at Jackson Stables, located at 22694 Rainbow Basin Trail.
