If you're starting from St. Joseph, for example, take I-29 S until you reach I-70 E. Follow I-70 E into St. Louis. Once you reach St. Louis, take the exit for I-44 S/I-55 S. Continue on I-44 S/I-55 S and take exit 40C toward Broadway. Merge onto Broadway and turn left onto Convention Plaza. Finally, turn right onto Federal Reserve Bank Plaza where the Economy Museum is located, at 1 Federal Reserve Bank Plaza, St. Louis, MO 63102.
