From the St. Charles Historic District, head east on Main Street until you reach North Second Street. Turn left onto North Second Street and walk north until you reach Clark Street. Old City Hall will be on your right at 200 N Second St.

If you are near the St. Charles County Transit stop, take the 5 or 6 bus route towards the downtown area. Get off at the Main Street and North Second Street stop. From there, walk north on North Second Street, and you will find Old City Hall at 200 N Second St. A single trip on The Charley is $0.50.

The City Hall Parking Garage is located at the intersection of Monroe Street and Second Street. The cost to enter the parking garage is $5. Parking along Historic Main Street and the surrounding parking lots is free.
