If you're traveling by car, start from the main entrance of Codru National Park. Head south on the DN1 road towards the town of Straseni. After about 15 kilometers, you will see signs for the Bison Reserve. Turn left onto the marked road leading into the reserve. Follow the road for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the entrance of the Bison Reserve. There is usually a parking area available for visitors.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Chisinau to Straseni. Buses leave frequently from the central bus station in Chisinau. Once you arrive in Straseni, you will need to take a taxi or a local bus to reach the Bison Reserve, as it is about 5 kilometers from the bus stop. Confirm with the taxi driver that they can take you directly to the Bison Reserve.
