Walking
From the center of Tiraspol, head southeast on Strada 25 Octombrie towards Strada Vasile Alecsandri. Continue walking for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Strada Tighina. Turn left onto Strada Tighina and proceed for another 800 meters until you reach the bridge over the Dniester River. Cross the bridge, which will take you into Bender, Moldova. Once across the bridge, continue straight for about 500 meters. The Monument to Russian Glory will be on your right, situated in a small park area.

From Tiraspol's main bus station, take a local bus (Bus #1 or #6) heading towards Bender. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the stop closest to the Dniester River (ask the driver to notify you when you are near the bridge). After getting off, walk across the bridge into Bender.
