If you are traveling by car, start from Tiraspol, the capital of Transnistria. Head west on Strada 25 Octombrie towards Strada Ştefan Cel Mare. Continue on this road for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the border with Moldova. Cross the border and follow the signs towards Chișinău. Once in Chișinău, make your way to Strada Pantelimon Halippa. The Eternity Memorial Complex is located at Strada Pantelimon Halippa 5, which should be easily visible as you approach. Parking is available nearby.

To reach the Eternity Memorial Complex via public transportation, start by taking a local bus or minibus from Tiraspol to Chișinău. Buses usually leave from the central bus station in Tiraspol. The journey takes about 1.5 hours and costs around 30-40 MDL (Moldovan Lei). Upon arrival at the Chișinău bus station, you can take a taxi or walk to Strada Pantelimon Halippa. The walk is about 30 minutes; simply follow the road towards the east, and ask locals for directions if needed. Alternatively, you can take a local bus (route 32 or 39) from the bus station to get closer to the memorial.
