If you are traveling by car, start from Tiraspol, the capital of Transnistria. Head west on Strada 25 Octombrie towards Strada Ştefan Cel Mare. Continue on this road for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the border with Moldova. Cross the border and follow the signs towards Chișinău. Once in Chișinău, make your way to Strada Pantelimon Halippa. The Eternity Memorial Complex is located at Strada Pantelimon Halippa 5, which should be easily visible as you approach.
