Walking
From the center of Fontvieille, start by heading towards the Fontvieille Shopping Center. Upon reaching the shopping center, exit towards the marina area. Walk along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the views of the harbor. Continue walking until you reach the end of the marina, where you'll see signs pointing towards the bus stops. Take the bus number 100 towards Nice. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes, and once you arrive in Nice, disembark at the stop 'Nice - Promenade des Anglais'. From there, walk towards the beach by heading straight down towards the coast. You will find Ponchettes Public Beach just a short walk ahead.
Public Transport
Begin your journey at the Fontvieille Bus Station. Catch the bus number 100, which travels directly to Nice. It is important to check the schedule for the bus timings, as they may vary. The journey will take around 30 minutes. When you arrive in Nice, get off the bus at 'Nice - Promenade des Anglais'. From there, follow the promenade along the coast until you reach Ponchettes Public Beach, which is easily recognizable by its sandy area and beachgoers.
Biking
If you're feeling adventurous, rent a bike in Fontvieille. Start at the Fontvieille Marina and cycle along the coast towards Nice. The route is scenic and relatively flat, making it perfect for leisurely biking. Once you reach Nice, continue along the Promenade des Anglais. You will find Ponchettes Public Beach on your right side as you ride along the promenade. Make sure to park your bike at the designated bike stands near the beach.
