Nestled around the legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo, the Casino Garden offers a refreshing escape in the heart of Monaco's bustling city. These gardens, dating back to 1893, were commissioned by Prince Charles III and designed by French landscape architect Édouard André. André envisioned the gardens as an eternal spring, embodying the warm climate of the Côte d'Azur, with tropical flora in the area known as Petite Afrique and French-style gardens in the Boulingrins.The Casino Garden is made up of distinct areas, including the Jardin de la Petite Afrique, featuring lush tropical vegetation, winding paths, fountains, and sculptures. The Jardins des Boulingrins have a more classical aesthetic with lawns, flower beds, and palm trees. The gardens have evolved over the decades, incorporating new plant species and adapting to the needs of the Principality. Today, visitors can stroll through the gardens, past pools and terraces, leading down to the Casino. The gardens also feature artwork such as Victor Vasarely's Hexa Grace.

Walking
From Monaco Harbor, walk along the waterfront on Quai des États-Unis towards the Place du Casino roundabout. Continue onto Avenue de Monte-Carlo, following signs to the Casino Garden, located adjacent to the Casino de Monte-Carlo.
Public Transport
Take bus line 1 or 2 from Monaco Harbor towards Monte Carlo. Disembark at the 'Casino' stop. The Casino Garden entrance is a short walk from the bus stop, next to the Casino de Monte-Carlo. A single ticket costs €2 if purchased from the driver or €1.50 if using a credit card or the Monapass app.
