One Monte-Carlo: Luxury Redefined
Experience luxury living, high-end shopping, and world-class events in the heart of Monte Carlo, Monaco's premier destination.
One Monte-Carlo, inaugurated in 2019, is a prestigious complex located in the heart of Monte Carlo, adjacent to the iconic Place du Casino. This modern district represents a new chapter in Monte Carlo's history, combining luxury residences, upscale shopping, fine dining, and state-of-the-art conference facilities. The development replaced the historic Sporting d'Hiver building, sparking some initial controversy. However, One Monte-Carlo has since become a celebrated example of urban planning, featuring seven buildings set around a tree-lined pedestrian street. The complex offers 60,000 square meters of space, including 35,000 square meters of underground parking. Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, with Monegasque architect Alexandre Giraldi, One Monte-Carlo boasts a contemporary aesthetic that complements its surroundings. The complex includes 37 high-end apartments, ranging from two-room residences to duplexes, all designed with a focus on luxury and comfort. The district is a hub for luxury shopping, with 24 boutiques representing some of the world's most prestigious brands. One Monte-Carlo also features a conference center with a plenary room that replicates the historic Salle des Arts, preserving Monaco's Art Deco heritage. Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin created Mada One, a restaurant concept that offers a mix of café, bistro, and patisserie options. One Monte-Carlo exemplifies Monaco's dedication to sustainable development, incorporating high environmental standards and earning the European BREEAM label. With its blend of modern architecture, luxury amenities, and prime location, One Monte-Carlo offers a unique and exclusive experience in the heart of the Riviera.
