Walking
From the central area of La Condamine, head towards the Port of Monaco. Walk along the harbor promenade, enjoying the views of the yachts. Continue walking straight until you reach the traffic circle. At the traffic circle, take the exit that leads to Avenue de la République and follow it as it curves. Keep walking until you see the sign for the Tram stop 'Gare de Nice-Ville'. From there, you can take a Tram towards 'Promenade des Arts'. After a short ride, get off at the stop 'Opéra-Ville' and walk down Rue Saint-François de Paule to reach your destination.
Public Transport
Take the bus line 100 from the La Condamine bus stop towards Nice. The bus will take you along the scenic coastal road to Nice, which takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Nice bus terminal, exit the bus and walk towards Rue Saint-François de Paule, which is about a 10-minute walk. Just follow the signs to the Opéra de Nice, and soon you will arrive at the address 4-6 Rue Saint-François de Paule.
