Start at the La Condamine market area. From there, head towards Rue Princesse Caroline and walk straight until you reach Place d'Armes. Here, take a left onto Avenue de la République. Continue walking straight until you reach the port area. Once near the port, follow the waterfront along Quai des États-Unis until you reach Boulevard Louis II. Turn right onto Boulevard Louis II and keep walking, passing the Fontvieille area. Continue on the boulevard, and you will cross into the neighboring city of Nice. Parc Phœnix will be on your left at 405 Promenade des Anglais.
Bus
From La Condamine, walk to the nearest bus stop which is located at Place d'Armes. Take bus number 100 towards Nice. The bus will take you along the coast, and after approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Parc Phœnix.' The park entrance is just a short walk from the bus stop.
Train and Walking
From La Condamine, walk to the Monaco Monte Carlo train station. Take the train towards Nice Ville. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Nice Ville station, exit and head towards Avenue Jean Médecin. Walk straight until you reach the tram station. Take tram line 2 towards 'Nice - Aéroport' and get off at 'Promenade des Anglais.' From there, walk towards Parc Phœnix, which is located at 405 Promenade des Anglais, just a short distance away.
