Walking
Start at the La Condamine market area (Marché de La Condamine). Head east on Rue de la Condamine until you reach Avenue de la République. Turn left onto Avenue de la République. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Quai Antoine 1er. Follow the waterfront, enjoying the view of the harbor on your left. Continue walking along Quai Antoine 1er until you reach the end, where it forks. Take the path leading towards the Port. After passing the Port, keep walking straight. You will eventually reach Rue Chauvain. Turn right onto Rue Chauvain, and you will find Riviera & Tours at number 8 on your left.

Public Transport (Bus)
From La Condamine, walk to the nearest bus stop at Place d'Armes. Take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Jean Médecin' in Nice. From there, head southeast on Avenue Jean Médecin, and continue straight until you reach the junction with Rue Chauvain. Turn left onto Rue Chauvain and walk for a few minutes until you reach number 8 on your right.
