From La Condamine, head towards the waterfront along the Avenue de la République. Walk straight until you reach the Port Hercule. Continue along the promenade until you arrive at the roundabout. From there, take the exit onto Route de la Piscine and follow it as it curves around. Keep walking straight until you see the signs for Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Once you arrive in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, follow Avenue Ephrussi de Rothschild, and the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild will be on your right.

From La Condamine, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenue de la République. Board the Bus Number 100 towards Menton and get off at the stop 'Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat'. Once you get off, walk along Avenue Ephrussi de Rothschild for a few minutes, and you will find the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild on your left side.
