Getting There

  • Walking

    From the La Condamine Market, head southeast on Rue du 3ème Bataillon de Chars toward Rue de la République. Continue on Rue de la République until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Avenue de la République. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Port de Monaco. From there, follow Avenue de la Costa along the waterfront until you reach the direction signs for Nice. Cross the border into France, and after about 15 minutes, you will arrive at Villa Masséna located at 65 Rue de France in Nice.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    From La Condamine, walk to the nearest bus stop at the Port of Monaco. Take bus line 100 towards Nice. The bus will take you along the coast, crossing into France. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Promenade des Anglais' stop. From there, walk towards Rue de France, which is about a 5-minute walk straight ahead. Villa Masséna will be on your left at 65 Rue de France.

  • Public Transport - Train

    Make your way to the Monaco-Monte Carlo train station, which is about a 15-minute walk from La Condamine. Head northeast on Rue de la Condamine, turn left onto Avenue de la République, and follow the signs to the train station. Take a train heading towards Nice Ville, which is about a 20-minute ride. Once you arrive at Nice Ville, exit the station and walk west along Avenue Thiers, then turn right onto Rue de France. Villa Masséna will be a short walk ahead on your right.
