Start at the entrance of the Monte Carlo Casino located at Place du Casino. From the casino, head east on Avenue de Monte-Carlo and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue des Beaux-Arts. Turn left onto Avenue des Beaux-Arts and continue walking until you reach the roundabout at the end of the avenue. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Boulevard du Jardin Exotique. Follow this boulevard until you reach the fork in the road and take the right branch, which leads you to the steps going down towards the Port. After descending, continue straight along the waterfront until you reach Quai de l'Ordre de Malte. Cross the street and head towards Rue de l'Église.
