If you're starting from the Les Moneghetti area, head towards the Avenue de la République. Walk down the avenue until you reach the intersection with Boulevard de la République. Turn left onto Boulevard de la République and continue walking straight. You will pass by several shops and cafés. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the port area. From the port, follow the signs towards Nice. You will cross into France and continue towards Nice. As you approach the city center, look for Rue Blacas. Turn right onto Rue Blacas and you will see Holland Bikes Tours & Rentals located at 2 Rue Blacas, Nice.

From Les Moneghetti, make your way to the nearest bus stop. You can catch Bus Line 100, which travels between Monaco and Nice. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride, which takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Nice - Port' stop. Once you disembark, head straight towards Avenue de la République and follow the signs to Rue Blacas.
