Walking
From the center of Les Moneghetti, head southwest on Avenue de la Madone towards Avenue de la République. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Boulevard de la République. Follow this road until you reach the train station, Gare de Monaco-Monte-Carlo. From there, take the train towards Cannes and enjoy the scenic ride along the coast. Get off at Théoule-sur-Mer station, which is a short distance from the beach.

From Les Moneghetti, walk to the nearest bus stop at Avenue de la Madone. Take the Bus number 100 towards Nice. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Théoule-sur-Mer stop. From there, follow the signs to the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk away down Avenue de la République.
