Walking
If you're starting from the center of Les Moneghetti, head east towards Avenue de la République. Follow this avenue until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Liberté, then turn left onto Rue de la Liberté. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the end of the street. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue de la Gare. Walk straight until you reach the train station, Gare de Menton. From there, you can take a train towards Menton. Get off at Menton station. Upon exiting the station, walk towards the coast and follow the signs to Quai Napoléon III. The Vieux Port de Menton will be directly ahead.

From Les Moneghetti, make your way to the nearest bus stop on Avenue de la République. Look for the bus line 100, which travels towards Menton. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride along the coast. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop 'Menton Gare Routière' (Menton Bus Station). From the bus station, follow the signs to the waterfront. Walk towards Quai Napoléon III, which is just a short stroll away. The Vieux Port de Menton will be in sight as you approach the water.
