Walking
From the center of Monaco-Ville, head towards the main path leading to the Prince's Palace. Continue walking straight, following the signs for the Palace. When you reach the Palace, turn left and walk along the edge of the cliff until you see the steps leading down to the Parc du Château. Take these steps down into the park. Once you reach the bottom, follow the path to your right until you arrive at the Bellanda Tower, which is located at Parc du Château Escalier.

If you are near the Oceanographic Museum, exit the museum and walk towards the main road. Turn left and head uphill on the Avenue Saint-Martin. Continue on this road until you reach the end, where it meets the entrance to Parc du Château. Enter the park and follow the paths to the Bellanda Tower, which is located at the top of the park.

From the Monaco Cathedral, exit the Cathedral and turn right onto Rue Colonel Bellando de Castro. Continue walking straight until you reach the steps leading into Parc du Château. Go up the steps into the park, and then follow the signs to the Bellanda Tower, which is located towards the back of the park.
