From the center of Monaco-Ville, head towards the eastern side of the area. Make your way to the main road that leads down towards the waterfront. Continue walking down Avenue de la Costa until you reach the intersection with Avenue Saint-Charles. Take a left onto Avenue Saint-Charles, and then continue straight until you reach the Promenade des Anglais. From there, follow the promenade along the coast until you see signs for Nice. You will need to cross into Nice, and after a scenic walk, you will arrive at the Colline du Château in approximately 30 minutes.

From Monaco-Ville, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenue de la Costa, near the Monte Carlo Casino. Board Bus Line 100 towards Nice. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Colline du Château' in Nice. From there, follow the signs to the entrance of the park, which is about a 5-minute walk.
