Walking
From the main square in Monaco-Ville, head towards the stairs that lead down to the port area. Once you reach the bottom of the stairs, turn left and walk along the waterfront promenade. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the end, where you will see the bus stop for line 15. Board the bus towards Nice, and enjoy the scenic ride. Once you arrive at the bus stop in Nice, walk straight ahead and take a right onto Avenue des Arènes de Cimiez. The Musée Matisse will be on your left side at 164 Av. des Arènes de Cimiez.

From Monaco-Ville, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located near the Oceanographic Museum. Board Bus 100 towards Nice, and enjoy the beautiful coastal views during the journey. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the 'Avenue des Arènes de Cimiez' stop. From there, walk straight along Avenue des Arènes de Cimiez, and the Musée Matisse will be on your right at number 164.
