Walking
From the central area of Monaco-Ville, head towards the main entrance of the Prince's Palace. Once you reach the palace, take the stairs leading down to the port area. Continue walking along the coastline until you reach the 'Port de Monaco'. From there, follow the coastal path that leads you to the east. You will soon see signs for the bus station. Catch Bus 100 towards Menton. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the 'Antibes' stop. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Plage de Juan les Pins.

Public Transport
Start at the Monaco Monte Carlo train station, which is near the Casino Square. Take a train towards Nice Ville. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Nice Ville, transfer to a train heading towards Antibes. After a short 10-minute ride, get off at Antibes station. From the station, you can walk to Plage de Juan les Pins, which is about a 20-minute walk. Head south on Avenue Robert Soleau and follow the road until you reach the beach.

From the main bus stop in Monaco-Ville, take Bus 100 towards Menton. This bus will take you along the coast with beautiful views. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, then disembark at the 'Juan les Pins' stop, which is close to the beach. From the bus stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to Plage de Juan les Pins. Just head down Avenue de Cannes and you will see the beach on your left.
