From the center of Monaco-Ville, head towards the main entrance of the Prince's Palace, located at Place du Palais. Once you reach the palace, take the stairs leading down towards the Port. At the bottom of the stairs, turn left and walk along Boulevard de Belgique. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rue du Portier. At this point, you should see signs directing you to the Fort Antoine Theatre. Follow the path that leads up to the theatre.
