Starting from the Palace of Monaco (Palais Princier), exit the palace grounds and head down the main street, Rue de la Présentation. Continue straight until you reach the Plaza of the Palace. At the plaza, turn right onto Rue de l'Opéra. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Porte Neuve. Turn left onto Avenue de la Porte Neuve and walk along this road. After a short distance, you will see the entrance to the Harbour viewpoint on your left. The viewpoint offers stunning views of the Monaco harbor and the surrounding area.

If you are starting from the Oceanographic Museum, exit the museum and head down the steps towards Quai de la Colle. Turn right onto Quai de la Colle and walk along the waterfront. Continue until you reach the junction with Avenue de la Porte Neuve. Turn left onto Avenue de la Porte Neuve and keep walking straight. The Harbour viewpoint will be on your left side after a short distance.

From the Monte-Carlo Casino, head down Avenue des Beaux-Arts towards Boulevard des Moulins. Turn left onto Boulevard des Moulins and continue until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Présentation.
