Walking
Start at the Moneghetti district, head east on Rue de la Petite Afrique towards Avenue de la Madone. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach Avenue de la République. Turn left onto Avenue de la République and walk for another 300 meters. You will arrive at the intersection with Avenue de la Victoire. Continue straight onto Cours Saleya for about 500 meters, where you can enjoy the local shops and cafes. Follow the street as it curves slightly to the right and becomes Rue de la Préfecture. After about 200 meters, you will see the Palais de Justice on your left. The Tour de l'Horloge is located at 1 Pl. du Palais de Justice.

From Moneghetti, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Moneghetti'. Take bus line 100 towards Nice (Gare Routière). After approximately 10 minutes, alight at the 'Palais de Justice' stop. Once you step off the bus, the Tour de l'Horloge is just a short walk away. Head toward the square, and you will find the landmark at 1 Pl. du Palais de Justice.
