From Monte Carlo, head to the Monte Carlo train station. You can walk there in about 15 minutes following Avenue d'Ostende, then turn left onto Avenue de la Madone. Once you reach the train station, purchase a ticket to Nice. The train ride takes about 20 minutes, and trains run frequently. Once you arrive at Nice Ville station, exit the station.

After you exit Nice Ville station, walk to the tram stop located right outside the station. Take Tram Line 1 towards 'Hôpital Pasteur'. Get off at 'Jean Médecin' stop after three stops. From there, walk towards Avenue Jean Médecin and continue straight until you reach Place du Palais de Justice. The Tour de l'Horloge is located at 1 Pl. du Palais de Justice, which is about a 10-minute walk from the tram stop.

Alternatively, after exiting the Monte Carlo train station, you can take bus number 100 towards Nice. Get off at the 'Gare Routière' stop in Nice. From there, walk towards Place du Palais de Justice, which is about a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs towards the Old Town (Vieux Nice), and you will find the Tour de l'Horloge at 1 Pl. du Palais de Justice.

If you prefer to walk from Nice Ville station, exit the station and head southwest on Avenue Thiers. Continue straight onto Avenue Jean Médecin. After about 1 km, turn left onto Rue de la Préfecture, and then take a right onto Place du Palais de Justice. The Tour de l'Horloge will be on your left.
