If you are traveling by car, you will want to start from the central area of Orkhon Valley. Head towards the village of Khujirt, which is about 30 km away. Follow the signs to 'Sum, Ovorkhangai'. Once you reach Khujirt, continue along the main road for another 25 km, keeping an eye out for road signs directing you towards the Orkhon Camp. The camp is located at latitude 46.8121405 and longitude 102.0436201. You can enter these coordinates into your GPS for precise navigation. Parking is available at the camp.
Public Transportation
To reach Orkhon Camp using public transportation, find a shared taxi or minibus from the nearest city, such as Tsetserleg. These vehicles often operate from the central bus station. Once you board, inform the driver that you are heading to Orkhon Valley. The ride will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. After you arrive at Khujirt, you may need to take a local taxi or arrange for a pickup to get to the camp, which is approximately 25 km away. Ensure to confirm the fare beforehand, as prices may vary.

Once you arrive in Khujirt via public transport, you can hire a local taxi to take you to Orkhon Camp. The distance is about 25 km, and the fare should be negotiated in advance.
