5 stars is not enough! My sister and I had a great tour with Iggy. Amazing landscapes, visit with a nomad family, the Kharkhorum museum and the monastery. Topped off with a stay in a lovely ger travel camp. But, the best was Iggy's knowledge of the wildlife, nomad life, politics, history etc. The conversations were great and enlightening. We are very happy with the taxi service provided by Mongolia Explorer! We had a misunderstanding upon our arrival in Mongolia when we first needed a taxi that we had previously booked online, as we were unable to provide our information to the driver. The customer service team was very understanding, helpful, and responsive. They quickly communicated with us and, together, we arranged a solution for another taxi ride to the airport, which they provided free of charge instead of the first planned ride. We can highly recommend this company to future travelers like us !

We used Mongolia Explorer Tour for transfer from Chinggis Khaan Airport to hotel and return. We also booked a full day city tour, a half day tour and a visit with a Sharman. The driver and guide were always on time, the guide had a vast knowledge which she was eager to share with us on the history and background of Mongolia and no question was too insignificant to answer. We did ask some personal questions on their lives in Mongolia which they were happy to answer. They were genuine, personable caring people, we enjoyed our experience with Mongolia Explorer Tour and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Mongolia.
