From South Side, you can take the MET Transit bus service. Head to the nearest bus stop for Line 1 (the Main Line). Board the bus heading north. You will need to ride this bus for approximately 30 minutes. Look for the stop that is close to Coburn Rd. The closest bus stop to Pictograph Cave State Park is at the intersection of Coburn Rd and 38th St. After getting off, walk about 0.5 miles west on Coburn Rd to reach the park entrance.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local shop in South Side. Start from the center of South Side and head north on 27th St. Turn left onto 1st Ave N, and then continue onto Coburn Rd.
