Getting There

Public Transit
Start your journey at the Missoula Downtown Transfer Center located at 1200 W Broadway St. From there, take the Mountain Line bus route #5 towards the 'University of Montana'. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'South Avenue & 39th Street' stop. From this stop, you will need to walk southeast on South Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Pattee Canyon Drive. Continue straight onto Pattee Canyon Drive, which will lead you directly to the Pattee Canyon Recreation Area entrance.
