Getting There

  • Car

    If you are traveling by car, start on US-89 S from any location in The Yellowstone Valley. Continue on US-89 S for approximately 40 miles until you reach the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. After entering the park, follow Grand Loop Rd for about 10 miles. The Albright Visitor Center will be on your right, just past the Mammoth Hot Springs area. Be aware that there is an entrance fee to Yellowstone National Park, which is currently $35 per vehicle for a 7-day pass.

  • Public Transportation

    If you prefer public transportation, you can take a shuttle service from nearby towns like Gardiner or West Yellowstone. These shuttles usually drop off at various locations within Yellowstone National Park, including the Mammoth Hot Springs area. From the drop-off point, it's about a 2-mile walk to the Albright Visitor Center along Grand Loop Rd. Make sure to check the shuttle schedules in advance as they can vary by season.
