From Ada Bojana, head north on the main road (SH-8) towards the town of Ulcinj. Follow the road for approximately 15 km until you reach the border crossing into Albania. After completing the border crossing, continue on SH-1 for about 27 km until you reach the town of Shengjin. Once in Shengjin, follow signs to the beach area. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee depending on the season and demand.

To reach Shengjin Beach via public transport, start by taking a local bus from Ada Bojana to Ulcinj. Buses usually depart from the main bus station in Ada Bojana.
