Bus
From Budva, head to the main bus station located near the center of town. Once there, purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Kotor. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Buses run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. Once you arrive in Kotor, exit the bus station and head towards the main square, Ploshchad Sv. Tripuna. From there, walk south along the waterfront promenade until you reach Ulica 2. Pima Palace will be on your left.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Budva to Kotor. Simply flag down a taxi or call a local taxi service. The ride will take around 30 minutes. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey. Upon arrival in Kotor, instruct the driver to drop you off at Pima Palace on Ulica 2, which is located south of the main square.
Walking
For those feeling adventurous and if you're based in a place closer to Kotor, you can take a scenic walk along the coastline. Start from Budva and head towards the direction of Kotor, following the coastal path. This walk is around 22 kilometers and will take several hours, so ensure you have enough time and are prepared with water and snacks. Upon reaching Kotor, navigate towards the main square and then head south on Ulica 2 to locate Pima Palace.
