Buses run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. Once you arrive in Kotor, exit the bus station and head towards the main square, Ploshchad Sv. Tripuna. From there, walk south along the waterfront promenade until you reach Ulica 2. Pima Palace will be on your left.
