If you are starting from the Old Town of Budva, head towards the main promenade (Morska Obala). Walk along the promenade heading southwest for about 10-15 minutes. After approximately 500 meters of walking, you will reach a path that leads to Mogren Beach. Follow the path downwards, and you will soon arrive at Mogren 2 Beach.
