Walking
From the center of Herceg Novi, start at the main square, Trg Herceg Stejpan. Head towards the waterfront promenade (Obala). Walk along the promenade in the direction of Igalo. Continue walking until you reach the ferry terminal in Kamenari. From there, take the ferry to Dubrovnik. Once you arrive in Dubrovnik, follow the signs towards Lapad, which is approximately a 30-minute walk along the coastline. You will pass through beautiful parks and beaches, and eventually arrive at the Lapad area.
Bus
Head to the main bus station in Herceg Novi, located near the center of the town. Once at the bus station, look for the bus that goes to Dubrovnik. Buses are frequent, but it's advisable to check the schedule. The journey to Dubrovnik will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the bus station in Dubrovnik, follow the signs to catch a local bus (line 6 or 8) that goes to Lapad. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes.
