Walking
From the main square in Herceg Novi, head towards the waterfront promenade known as 'Šetalište'. Walk south along the promenade, enjoying the views of the Bay of Kotor on your left. Continue walking until you reach the famous 'Belavista' area, which is about a 15-minute walk. At 'Belavista', take the stairs up towards the old town, keeping an eye out for signs leading to Savina. After about 5 minutes of climbing stairs, you will reach a fork in the path. Take the left path which leads you directly towards the Savina Monastery. Follow the path, and you will see the stunning Savina Monastery complex ahead, surrounded by lush gardens and panoramic views.

Public Transport (Bus)
If you prefer to take public transport, start at the Herceg Novi bus station. Catch a local bus heading towards the Savina area. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Make sure to ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Savina. Once you get off, follow the signs pointing towards the Savina Monastery. It’s a short walk from the bus stop to the monastery, which should take no more than 5 minutes.

For a more direct route, you can easily find a taxi in Herceg Novi. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Savina Monastery. The drive should take about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the taxi will drop you off right at the entrance of the monastery.
