Walking
From the main square in Herceg Novi (Trg Republike), head west on the main promenade along the waterfront, known as 'Obala'. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Save Kovačevića Street. Continue on Save Kovačevića for approximately 200 meters. Konoba Portun will be on your right at number 40. Look out for the sign and the entrance.

If you prefer public transport, you can take bus number 2 or 3 from the bus station in Herceg Novi. Board the bus heading towards the 'Igalo' route. Get off at the 'Kamenari' stop, which is about 5 stops from the bus station. Once you exit the bus, walk back towards the main road, and take a right onto Save Kovačevića Street.
