Start your journey from the Herceg Novi city center. Head towards the main promenade along the coast, known as 'Šetalište Pet Danica'. Walk along the promenade until you reach the Savina Monastery, which is a well-known landmark. The monastery is located at the address given: FH32+MPV, Herceg Novi, Montenegro. From the monastery, follow the signs leading to the forest. The entrance to Savina Forest is located behind the monastery. Be prepared for a short, uphill walk to fully reach the forest area.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Herceg Novi bus station, take any local bus heading towards the Savina area. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Savina Monastery stop. Once you get off, you will be very close to the entrance of Savina Forest. Just follow the path leading from the monastery toward the forest. The walk from the bus stop to the entrance of the forest should take about 5-10 minutes.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Herceg Novi. Begin at the city center and cycle along the coastal road towards the Savina Monastery. Once you reach the monastery, park your bicycle and walk through the entrance to Savina Forest, which is located right behind the monastery. The cycling distance is approximately 2 km, which should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace.
