Getting There

    From Lakes of Plav, head south on the main road (E80) towards the town of Gusinje. Continue on the E80 for approximately 35 km until you reach the junction for the M2.3 road. Turn left onto the M2.3 and follow the signs towards Shkodra. After about 15 km, you will enter Albania. Continue on the M2.3, and after crossing into Albania, follow the road signs to Shkodra Lake. The total drive should take about 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Parking is available near the lake, but ensure to check for any parking fees upon arrival.

    To reach Shkodra Lake from Lakes of Plav using public transportation, take a bus from Plav to Gusinje. Buses operate regularly, and the journey takes about 30 minutes.
