If you're driving from Old Herzegovina, start by heading towards the town of Nikšić. From there, take the E65 road towards Podgorica. After approximately 35 km, follow the signs to Virpazar, which is located at the western edge of Lake Skadar National Park. Once you reach Virpazar, look for signs to the Lake Skadar National Park Visitors Centre, located at 63WR+99P, P16. There is parking available near the Centre.

To reach the Lake Skadar National Park Visitors Centre by public transportation, take a bus from Old Herzegovina to Podgorica. Buses frequently operate between these locations, and the fare is usually around 5-10 EUR. Once in Podgorica, transfer to a bus heading towards Virpazar. After arriving in Virpazar, it’s a short walk to the Visitors Centre located at 63WR+99P, P16. Make sure to check the local bus schedules, as they may vary.
