From Tivat, head to the main bus station located near the waterfront. Purchase a ticket to Kotor, which is a common destination. The buses to Kotor run frequently, so check the schedule for the next available bus. Once you arrive in Kotor, you will be at the main bus station. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to the starting point of Kotor Serpentine, which is located on the outskirts of Kotor.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Tivat to Kotor Serpentine. You can ask your hotel to arrange a taxi for you or find one at the taxi stand near the waterfront. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to specify that you want to go to Kotor Serpentine, which is near Cetinje, Montenegro. The driver will take you directly to the location.

Walking

If you are feeling adventurous and enjoy hiking, you can walk from Kotor to the Kotor Serpentine starting point. After reaching Kotor via bus or taxi, head towards the old town and then follow the signs leading to the Kotor Fortress. The trail to Kotor Serpentine starts near the fortress entrance. The hike is steep and can take about 1-2 hours depending on your pace, but you will be rewarded with beautiful views along the way.
